How long will my order take to ship? How long is the shipping process?

We will process your orders within 1-2 working days and hand them over to the courier for shipping. We ship from Singapore, and international shipping may take up to 2-4 weeks.

How long does your drinks last if unopened?

Every bottle is marked with a best before date. In general, Hydra has a 1 year shelf life.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will be notified via the email that you have provided in your order. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 7 business days, please let us know by emailing hello@curatedculture.sg. We will be happy to assist you.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify your order for any reason, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at hello@curatedculture.sg. Please indicate your order number and the changes that need to be made.

We do not accept any cancellations once order has been placed. Should you need to postpone your order due to various reasons, kindly contact us at hello@curatedculture.sg and we can discuss to make the necessary arrangements.

What couriers are used?

Items will be shipped using DHL, Ascendia or Singapore Post (Singpost)


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards along with Shopify Pay, Google Pay, Paypal

My order is damaged, missing, or incorrect. What should I do?
