We manufacture our drinks locally in Singapore in an SFA licensed facility and in Malaysia

Every bottle is marked with a best before date. In general, they are good for 6 months when chilled for Probiotic teas and 1 year for Recover and Relax.

For the best flavour, we recommend consuming the beverages within 5 days after opening.

Once your order ships, you will be notified via the email that you have provided in your order. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 7 business days, please let us know by emailing hello@curatedculture.sg. We will be happy to assist you.

If you need to modify your order for any reason, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at hello@curatedculture.sg. Please indicate your order number and the changes that need to be made.

We do not accept any cancellations once order has been placed. Should you need to postpone your order due to various reasons, kindly contact us at hello@curatedculture.sg and we can discuss to make the necessary arrangements.

We use our own delivery fleet and occasionally, third-party courier services.

We ship within Singapore and to Australia

We accept most major credit cards along with Shopify Pay, Google Pay, Paypal
