Delicate, floral, and wonderfully refreshing — this Relax Lychee Rose Konnyaku Jelly is a light dessert that soothes the senses. Infused with the gentle fragrance of rose and lychee, this jelly is the perfect treat for warm days, afternoon pick-me-ups, or as a calming end to any meal. The soft, bouncy texture of konnyaku pairs beautifully with the natural flavours of Curated Culture’s Relax Lychee Rose, offering a wellness-inspired twist to a classic jelly dessert.
Instructions:
-
Prepare the base:
In a saucepan, mix konnyaku jelly powder and sugar. Stir in water and bring to a gentle boil, whisking constantly to avoid clumps. -
Cool slightly:
Once the mixture thickens slightly and becomes clear, turn off the heat and let it cool for 2 minutes. Stir in Relax Lychee Rose gently to preserve its delicate aroma. -
Assemble:
Pour a thin layer of jelly mixture into a flat tray (about 0.5–1cm thick). Scatter chopped lychee and edible flower petals across the surface evenly. -
Set and roll:
Let the jelly partially set at room temperature (still flexible but firm). Once it’s firm enough to handle but not fully hardened, gently roll the jelly into a spiral log. -
Slice and chill:
Use a sharp knife to cut the roll into bite-sized flower spirals. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serving Tip:
Arrange the rolls on a chilled plate and garnish with extra petals or a drizzle of lychee syrup for an elegant finish.
