Shipping & Returns
Shipping is currently only available in Singapore. We are offering free shipping islandwide, with no minimum spending.
An email will be sent to the email you have checked out with on the day of delivery. A re-delivery fee will be charged should the delivery be unable to be completed in any way.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage, or if you received the wrong item.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific items.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we've verified your case, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please take note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
