Shipping
Shipping is currently only available in Singapore. We are offering free shipping islandwide, with $55 minimum spending. There is a shipping fee of $4.50 for orders under $55.
Shipping will take 3-5 days via courier. An email will be sent to the email you have checked out with on the day of delivery. A re-delivery fee will be charged should the delivery be unable to be completed in any way.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of our drinks, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Terms and Conditions:
- To qualify for the money-back guarantee, you must not consume more than 3 cans from the pack.
- All returned products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
- The guarantee is applicable for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned product.To initiate a return and claim your refund, please contact our dedicated customer service team at hello@curatedculture.sg.
Kindly provide your order details and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the return process.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage, or if you received the wrong item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've verified your case, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please take note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
