How long will my order take to ship?

Delivery will take 1-3 working days via a third-party courier (J&T, NinjaVan, or similar), unless otherwise stated.

For pre-order items, please take note of the ship-out date indicated on the product listing and place orders only if you are comfortable with the waiting time.

Once your items are shipped, you will receive an email notification sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Where are your drinks manufactured?

Our drinks are manufactured locally in Singapore in an SFA-licensed facility, as well as in a Halal-, HACCP-, and GMP-certified factory in Malaysia. We ensure that all our production processes meet the highest quality and safety standards.

How long does your drinks last if unopened?

Every bottle is marked with a best before date.

In general, our Probiotic Teas are good for 6 months chilled.

Recover and Relax have a shelf life of 2 years when unopened and do not require refrigeration. For the best quality, please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and always check the expiration date printed on the packaging for reference.

How long does your drinks last once the package is opened?

Once opened, we recommend consuming our beverages within 3 days for the best flavor. Please keep them refrigerated after opening to maintain freshness and quality. Always ensure the bottles are tightly sealed when not in use.

How can I track my order?

For Singapore:

How do I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify your order for any reason, please please contact us immediately. Be sure to include your order number and specify the changes that need to be made. If your order has been processed, modifications are no longer allowed.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you need to postpone your order for any reason, kindly reach out to us at hello@curatedculture.sg, and we can discuss making the necessary arrangements.

Does Curated Culture ship internationally?

We ship within Singapore and West Malaysia

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards along with Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal

My order is damaged, or incorrect. What should I do?

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We do not offer refunds, but an exchange is possible. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.

Do you have caffeine free options?

Our Probiotic Rooibos is naturally caffeine free.

Are Curated Culture drinks halal?

They are not halal-certified yet.

However, all ingredients used are plant-based and individually halal-certified.
