All subscription orders are delivered every Tuesday. In the event that Tuesday is a public holiday, your orders will be delivered the next working day.
On your first week of subscription, your orders will be delivered according to your selected delivery date during checkout.
Charge and Billing
Charges are automatically billed every Sunday and you'll be notified of the billing.

Manage my subscription
Simply log in to the account that you've created when you placed your order with us. Once you've logged in to your account, click on "Manage Subscriptions" under "Account details" on the right panel.
There, you could do a number of things: you can change your flavours and quantities, pause or skip your orders if you happen to be travelling or initiate an easy cancellation.
Your subscription details will be saved and reactivation takes just a click. You can also amend your billing or shipping information easily in the account portal. If you have any enquiries or require assistance on your subscriptions, we are always ready to help at email@example.com!
There is a minimum of three (3) billing cycles before you can initiate a cancellation.
