What are postbiotics?

Postbiotics refer to the beneficial health compounds that are derived from probiotics.

What is BCAA (branched chain amino acid)?

BCAA refers to these three amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine.

Hydra contains BCAA in the optimal ratio of 2:1:1 to stimulate protein synthesis.

When consumed after a workout, BCAA helps to reduce muscle soreness and muscle fatigue, and stimulate muscle repair.

What are electrolytes?

Electrolytes are minerals in your body and affect how your body functions.

Hydra contains these electrolytes: potassium, magnesium, calcium and chloride.

They help to rehydrate your body, balance blood acidity and blood pressure, and regulate nerve and muscle function to support recovery after exercise.

Are your products sweetened?

We use natural sweeteners - monk fruit extract and erythritol.

These sweeteners contain zero calories and do not spike your blood sugar levels.
